Too mainstream for Jerry, you know that.

OK, maybe an ambassadorship to Nepal, so he can hang with the Lorenzo Lama.

Or the obvious one-- our ambassador to space.

I did think it was sad that California was unable to do better than re-animated Jerry Brown.

He does not even mention Trump, but you associating divisions on race or religion with Trump is quite telling.

No, the context was Trump. I'll see if I can find a bigger clip.

I'd love to see that debate

http://www.politico.com/story/2016/06/vicente-fox-donald-trump-debate-mexico-223852

QuoteFormer Mexican President Vicente Fox wants to debate Donald Trump one-on-one.

In an interview with WABC Radio's "Election Central with Rita Cosby" on Thursday, Fox said he "would love to" debate the presumptive Republican nominee, initially stipulating that it should only happen on his home turf.

"One condition ... that it's done in Mexico ... because I need him to see what Mexico is all about, to see what we Mexicans are all about. He will change his attitude toward Mexico," Fox said. "I invite him to San Cristobal to a free lunch. No cost for him."

But shortly after, the former Mexican leader softened his home-country requirement, saying he would be willing to meet in the United States as long as it's solely with the Manhattan businessman himself.

"I'm willing to come here, to come here, to the States, if it's for a debate, direct personal debate with him ... so that we are bringing our arguments and we discuss what can really be the answer to ... how the economy works and how the jobs are created ... Yes, I would debate him here in the States or invite [for] a free lunch in Mexico."

Fox, who has called Trump a "false prophet," said they haven't talked thus far, but that he hopes he can adopt the "attitude of a compassionate leader" if they do interact directly.

"I would expect that he would listen to my arguments, that he would put his arguments on the table, but we both are obliged to document, to sustain with facts and numbers what we're saying, and not just lying or cheating to people."
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Quote"Donald Trump's ideas aren't just different. They are dangerously incoherent. They not even really ideas. They're a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds and outright lies," she said to cheers. "He is not just unprepared. He is temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility. This is not someone who should ever have the nuclear codes because it's not hard to image Donald Trump leading us into war because someone got under his very thin skin."

...

"Being interviewed on the same episode of 60 Minutes as Putin was is not the same thing as actually dealing with Putin," Clinton said. "We all know the tools Donald Trump brings to the table: bragging, mocking, composing nasty tweets. I'm willing to bet he's writing a few right now," she said to laughter.

Indeed, he was.

"Bad performance by Crooked Hillary Clinton! Reading poorly from the telepromter! She doesn't even look presidential!" he fired off from his Twitter account, including a misspelled word. And again: "Crooked Hillary no longer has credibility – too much failure in office. People will not allow another four years of incompetence!"

Clinton merely kept the attacks coming. She clearly had irked Trump. And an angry Trump is one that can veer to the erratic. And that only proves her point.

I love that Hillary's "foreign policy speech" was mainly about Donald Trump.
