1) Registration is back open.  It is now Captcha + questions.  The nearly 16,000 pending registrations have been banned.  If you know someone who was in that list, I can unban them.

2) Email is back.  The server is currently flushing a 4000+ message backlog, which I may delete most of.  You, however, may be getting a shitload of messages right now.

I had turned registrations off when we were getting 2-300 registrations from Russia and China every day, but it looks like something reset back at the end of January, and I wasn't getting notifications that there were members to approve.

vm opened registration, but attached one of those captcha things to it to prevent spambots.
