Depends what time of day it is.  If it's late at night in Europe many are likely to be laying down asleep monarchs.

You sure about that?  My understanding is that the Sihanouks are not the hereditary monarchs of Cambodia, that it is a republic.  Norodom held elected office in the 60s and 70s, not hereditary.
