Started playing Yakuza 0 yesterday. Having a lot of fun with it. The tone is weird, with the hard boiled Yakuza gangster story alternating with (very) silly side quests.

Mini games tried so far:
- Mahjong
- Outrun
- Space Harrier
- those machines where you use a mechanical arm to grab a prize
- baseball batting
- bowling
- pool
- darts
- karaoke
- disco dancing

And that's like maybe half of them?

You can figure out mahjong?
I downloaded a shogi app to see if I could figure that out.

I understand the mahjong basics, but the scoring still eludes me, and I need to understand the strategy. I'm losing at the easiest table. Shogi is easier to pick up (the move lists for the pieces is not too complex), but having this turn into second nature would take time.

Just started it so fun discovering some of those concepts that are either still in it or were put back in via the Apothyon community mod, which seems to be quiet an improvement from vanila.

I might check out those mods when I have time. (I have CtP2 from GOG) :)

Giving 'Temple of Elemental Evil' a go.

The working title for that was "Conservative Party Headquarters".......not many people know that.

I guess you haven't been following the news from the UK over the last two years.

I have.  And "elemental evil" would apply far better to Jeremy Corbyn.

The British Tories just have no clue what the fuck they are doing.

Corbyn is many things but evil is not one. Naiive is more the word I'd use for him.
The Tories however....

To the unbiased observer, Corbyn appears as evil as May. His very silence and lack of leadership on such an important issue damns him.  Corbyn appears perfectly happy to passively see Britain suffer so long as it brings him electoral gain.
