Looks... amazing. Crowdfunded, but still in alpha. I pledged a few dollars.

Edited for spelling mistake in title, will punish self accordingly. <--- :nelson:

I backed it when it first started, recently paid some more to advance to a higher level. It does look like it will be good.

I'll back it if it isn't purely first person.  I haven't seen any indication that it isn't, though.
The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.   -G'Kar

I'm wary of Early Access and Kickstarters these days. I will follow projects that interest me, but in general I will gladly wait until the full release date.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

I'm waiting to download until the project reaches beta (or not). I'll give a verdict by then.

I like everything about it except that the combat system is going to be like a first person shooter.  That is pretty much a deal breaker for me.

Isn't skyrim from that perspective? I know it has third person too. I only played Olblivion, Skyrim, FO3, New Vegas in first person. I thought the third person perspective was stupid.

I don't mind having a first person perspective.  Having fps combat controls is something I don't like.

Seems like Kunta Hora, the mining town is going to be the main area to be explored in the 2nd game. That's awesome, I visited there once and it was amazing.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Did you beat the first one, Tim?  I own it and was very excited to play it when it first came out, but around 10 hours in I found myself bored out of my mind and moved on.
