I don't think this one has been covered. 

How would history have played out had Napoleon not invaded Russia and got the Grand Army destroyed in the process?

I'd assume Alex would get the Prussians an Austria to throw off the yoke. The Prussians were PISSED.Nappy gets overwhelmed eventually.

If Napoleon is no longer willing to enforce the Continental System with force, then it gets ignored.  And ultimately, Napoleon would never be able to tolerate that.  Russia gets invaded in 1813.

What if he had wintered in Smolensk, not had Jerome in charge of an army, and had a someone with a halfway decent understanding of cavalry in charge of that arm.
