Poland has filed a complaint that this flag is racist/nationalistic because it allegedly depicts some guy from the 17th century who led a revolt against Poles in Kremlin. :D

Grey Fox

That's a big flag. How do you sneak that in?

Hell, how do you transport that?!
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

Admiral Yi

How do you fucking hold on to it?

And why is it in English?  Isn't English the language of traitors in Russia?

I don't think Greece is out of it. They beat Russia, (by a few goals) they still have a chance if the Poles beat the Czechs.

Russia will rape Greece.

Apparently, the set up is such that after yesterday draw with Russians in Warsaw, if we win with Czechs in Breslau on Saturday, we are bound to face Germans in Danzig next.

Please god let this happen

German newspaper Die Zeit has an editorial called "History Lesson on the Pitch" where they discuss the troubled history between the two countries.

Russia will rape Greece.

Probably. But Marti was saying they were out already. They're not.

If you turn it over it's in Russian.

You are right, I said that in the heat of the moment but yeah everyone has a theoretical chance to advance.

I wouldn't be so sure - this game is full of surprises. For example Russia beat Czech Republic badly, which beat Greece badly which tied with Poland which tied with Russia.

The fun part is that everyone has a chance to advance and everyone needs to win the last game on Saturday to be sure (although there are set-ups with Czech Republic and Russia tieing with their respective opponents and still advancing, depending on the outcome of the other game, whereas both Poland and Greece need a win to advance) so everyone will give everything and noone will dare to game the system.

The scenarios for our group are:

1. Poland ties with Czech Republic, Russia ties with Greece -> Czech Republic and Russia advance.
2. Poland wins with Czech Republic, Russia ties with Greece -> Poland and Russia advance.
3. Poland loses with Czech Republic, Russia ties with Greece -> Czech Republic and Russia advance.
4. Poland ties with Czech Republic, Russia wins with Greece -> Czech Republic and Russia advance.
5. Poland wins with Czech Republic, Russia wins with Greece -> Poland and Russia advance.
6. Poland loses with Czech Republic, Russia wins with Greece -> Czech Republic and Russia advance.
7. Poland ties with Czech Republic, Russia loses with Greece -> Russia, Greece or Czech Republic advance depending on the number of goals.
8. Poland wins with Czech Republic, Russia loses with Greece -> Poland and Greece advance (Russia does not advance despite having the same score as Greece as it lost their direct match)
9. Poland loses with Czech Republic, Russia loses with Greece -> Czech Republic and Greece advance.

Greece seems to be the only team that does not have a guaranteed advancement if it wins the match on Saturday. Russia is the only team that can advance despite losing and has a guaranteed advancement as long as it does not lose. Poland must win.
