There's one of those right outside of Gainesville. It's called Cafe Risque. It's a strip club combined with a sex shop combined with trucker showers combined with a restaurant. I went once, on "College Night" which was free admission with college id and purchase of all you can eat wings for like 10 bucks. The wings were actually pretty good. The strippers, not so much.

Well duh!  The strippers are supposed to be in the shower, not the truckers.

I approve of this thread (but not on the pussification of american men that do not ride the rides). My 7 year old daughter has ridden everything she is allowed to at least once, including Tower of Terror and liked it.  :P

To anyone that cares:
We go to WDW 1 or 2 times a year, we are DVC members. If you need any info on WDW or Disney Cruise, please contact capturedfairy.

Perhaps in Florida, there are horrifying crossovers between roadside strip clubs and Walt Disney ...  ;)

The area around Disney is actually one of the few in the state that doesn't have strip clubs. Or any gambling either. And Disney spends a crap load of money lobbying against expanding gambling in the state legislature. A multinational gambling corporation was going to spend something like $4 billion on a casino/convention center in Miami contingent on the expansion of legalized gambling, but the Legislature didn't approve it based on part on Disney's lobbying.

Hi Ide and everyone :) I had to pop in and read Cal's AARs.

Lusti - is DVC a good deal? I thought it was a timeshare and I run from those in terra.  But I seem to know a number of smart people who are members, so I'm starting to wonder if maybe there's something to it... or different about it...

For us that we go yearly (sometimes more than once) it is worth it. FB Mara if you need details, she is The Travel Agent.
