How to clone a Windows 7 hard drive?

I want to transfer all my OS&data&softwares on a new hard drive.  Can CloneZilla do that?  I remember one tool I used, not the name though, and it didn't work, I couldn't boot Windows on the new drive.  So, if not CloneZilla, what can let me do that?
I don't do meditation.  I drink alcohol to relax, like normal people.

Seagate have their own utility, DiscWizard and it's free.
Western digital have their own utilitly, Acronis True Image (WD Edition) and it's free.

The other free, open source softwares I used were bullshit and non working.

To migrate to an SSD I used this:
