Running bail hearings fucking sucks.

Why yes, I just spent the past two days doing bail hearings.  Why do you ask?

Yeah, bail reviews, in court.  Did you do them all from the point of arrest, as Maryland is now suggesting?

A handfull, as defence, over the phone.  That also sucked.  A lot.

Cops run our point of arrest bail hearings.  Honestly, they do a fine job.

Edit: Besides, it might be the difference in systems, but what I'm talking about is running first instance bail hearings.  Bail reviews are run in the Court of Queens Bench () and are not the same shit I've been doing for the last two days.
