Yeah, I had to go to another separate table when I requested a paper ballot in 2004.  No fucking way was I going to use a Diebold machine that year.*

NJ: Voter registration card or ID in lieu, have to sign in on the roll, and then the little old lady puts you in line for one of the booths.
