Do you niggas just use Hoppes No. 9 to lube your pistols?  I use Hoppes 9 lube/solvent for my rifle and assume it'd be just as good for pistols.

Hoppes to clean the barrel and smell for ahwhile of course.

Rem Oil to lube inside and out when storing.

Normally when I'm out hunting the weapon is dry IOW no lube. Just a Lt coated patch through the barrel in the evening and a quick wipe with a silicone impreg cloth. In the morning before I go out, run a dry patch.
