The worst part of getting a website live?

For those who've done the whole "administrating a website" bit, what's the most frustrating part of the process of going live for you?

Kicking it off, I gotta say nameserver shunting is a bitch.  DNS is propagating, CSS and HTML files have been uploaded, and all I'm waiting on is my damn registrar to get around to noticing that I switched the nameservers to my host. <_<

Normally this takes a day or two, although for me it happened in 1 hour.

For me the worst is the updates. Last week updated some obscure plugin and my whole site went down...
