What's next, now public urination would be classified as a sex offense?  Actually, now that I think about it, that would put Levi Aron on the list before he killed Leiby Kletzky.   :hmm:  We should have Leiby's Law now, and put everyone who had a citation for public urination in the sex offender registry.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

That's nothing, they tazed a guy who threatening to jump off a bridge.  After he was tazed he promptly fell off the bridge.  I've posted the video of that a few times.  We had a thread where the police in the same town shot a two house pets in a drug bust that yielded no drugs (but did terrify the homeowners children).

And I don't don't know about splash damage.  I didn't actually see the incident, my brother was there though.  A big crowd protested police idiocy at the city hall.
