Fucking weather. We have had two Spring falstarts so far. They predict warm weather and then suddenly we get half a day of above freezing and moderately sunny weather, and then the forecasts get revised to more snow and rain and sleet and ice.

We're supposed to get 5 to 10 inches of snow here in Massachusetts, the lesser amount in the eastern part of the state where I am. The storm last week dumped a couple feet of snow but it was mostly melted within a week due to warmer weather and rain storms.

I was just buying spring lawn fertilizer and checking out my garden last weekend too. But any snow will be gone fast this time of year.

Last year's marts had a mean temperature of 5.7 degrees, this one is -1.0 so far, which is the largest difference since records began in 1874.

They're projecting an unusually cold april and may too.

On a related note, fucking lawn boy quit.  His 'back hurts' too much to mow my damn lawn this year.  Guess he'll be a future disability leech I'll have to pay for.
