Just had a nice thunderstorm here.

Been between 25 and 28 degrees here in Zug. Which would be pleasant, except that I sit in a non-A/C office that gets direct sun from 9 am till 3 pm. :P

So after the lunchtime thunderstorm, rather than clear the air, it heralded the arrival of very humid 85F air.  :hmm:

After a rather hot day we seemed to have had a thunderstorm stuck over the town for the last couple of hours.

I was unaware the sabertooth lasted that long.

Neat.  Yes, there have been changes in the earth's temperature over the last 22,000 years;  but it was done at her own speed.  What we've set into motion and will be unable to turn back is far too much for the earth to handle.
It is unfortunate that, of all the eras of life on this planet, ours will be the one undone by its own hand.  Perhaps the fossil and geologic record will offer a hint to the residents of the next age what not to do.

Warm day today, strong SE winds bringing warm continental air.  :hmm:

Odd I thought the Brexit vote was all about getting rid of such European silliness.

The swallows hereabouts seem to have left for warmer roosts, so I guess Autumn is here.  :bowler:
