The obligation to pay income tax.  But only if I was the only one that could get away with it.

Texas has super high sales tax and property taxes but no income tax at all.  Of course I still have Federal income taxes...
tax man always seems to get you somehow, doesn't he? I pay both federal and provincial, but i can't recall the rates (tiered to income level) which is sad becasue i had an exam on it last week lol.
