I didn't expect you to be so...well, English.
You're, like, an extra out of Hot Fuzz or something.  It's all very unnerving.

 I would assume a lawyer would be decent at monologues...

Only the barristers would be. :contract:

I'd say that delivered!

You did fine, Mongers.  I'm never good at that stuff myself, and you struck the right stream of consciousness, not the torrent of consciousness nor the trickle.

Finally got around to watching these. Well done, mongers. I agree with grumbler completely. :)
Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
I wish, I wish he'd go away...

very nice :)

Very green and lovely countryside you have there. Is it full of the English version of rednecks, like the Hungarian countryside? (with the hungarian versions, of course :P )

No some of the villages I cycled through are know as millionaires villages, housing can be very expensive, $1million+ isn't uncommon.

Yes, England is too small and wealthy (especially the south) for rural redneckery to be much of a feature. Some of the smaller towns are really bad though, the crap towns that Tyr talked about a few weeks back.

I completely agree.
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.
