Concur.  Siegfried from KAOS was a more capable baddie than most of the Supervilain's Secret Island Hideout bullshit from Bond movies.

The trouble with black bond is he would stand out in all relevant trouble spots for British spies to operate.

Craig blended in well in Madagascar.

Rich white businessman in Africa stands out a little but works (though which one was that?....the opening of Skyfall?)

Black Bond goes to Moscow to investigate Spectre infiltration in the upper echelons of Russian society.
Gets stabbed by a neo nazi as soon as he steps outside his hotel.

I'd like to see them cast an old Jewish guy.  Like Larry David or Bernie Sanders.

Re-watched The Hunt for Red October.  Still a pretty nice movie.  I wonder how realistic the submarine warfare was though.

I largely agree; though it's closely followed by all of the comic book series and then most sci-fi ones too.

hint:
I'm not a fan of the concept of movie franchises.  :P

Can't wait for the sequel.  No word on the release date yet, though.
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.
