For all you car lovers; can you match the car to the movie?

http://www.zimbio.com/trivia/wijTsbaTRZl/Can+Match+Car+Movie?sc=23

A very surprising 87% (I'm no car person), although I failed all Bond cars   :(

Syt

83% with some educated guesses.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

Ok, now I found Stephen Amell is apparently a huge LGBT ally.

Arrow/Flash must be the gayest show on tv right now.

So all it take is a bit of fanservice for the female fans to make a show ghey?

That plus outspokenly pro-gay stars and openly gay actors on the shows as well. Both shows also have gay characters.

So fanservice and saying "fags iz people too" is enough to make a show ghey?
First Maxim - "There are only two amounts, too few and enough."
First Corollary - "You cannot have too many soldiers, only too few supplies."
Second Maxim - "Be willing to exchange a bad idea for a good one."
Second Corollary - "You can only be wrong or agree with me."

A terrorist which starts a slaughter quoting Locke, Burke and Mill has completely missed the point.
The fact remains that the only person or group to applaud the Norway massacre are random Islamists.

93%, and I'm no car guy either.

Ideologue

93% as well.  I'd be willing to bet El Larcho missed the same ones I did because they had no business in the quiz: the one from a John Hughes movie is completely incidental, and I have reason to suspect the one from
The Hangover or Old School or whatever
is in the same boat.  "Hey, everybody, trivia time!  Do you remember what kind of car Tony le Stephanois drove home from Grutter's house?"
Kinemalogue
Current reviews: The 'Burbs (9/10); Gremlins 2: The New Batch (9/10); John Wick: Chapter 2 (9/10); A Cure For Wellness (4/10)

Ideologue

Incidentally, The Guest (Adam Wingard's followup to You're Next) is pretty great (and in fact better than You're Next, which I know wasn't everybody's cup of tea).  Cars were driven in the movie, occasionally.
The Hangover
one is pretty important to the plot; so the
Ferris Bueller
one (I did miss the
16 Candles
one, though).

I did actually get quite few right because of educated guesses - like the landscape, for example.

Ideologue

Oh, yeah, I totes meant the latter JH movie, not the former.

The
Taxi Driver
one was a guess--who remembers
a cab
?--and honestly I'm annoyed that the guess was correct.

The Larch

I missed the
16 candles
one and one of the two James Bond ones, IIRC.

Ideologue

I did get the James Bond ones. :bowler:

Eddie Teach

87% on the car quiz; I guessed quite well.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Admiral Yi

83%.  Much better than I thought I would get.  Quite a few guesses (like the questions with 4 movies I'd never heard of).

QuoteHBO has announced plans to bring two episodes of Game Of Thrones to IMAX theaters, the first time a TV series has been screened in the immersive giant-screen format. According to Entertainment Weekly, season four's penultimate episode "The Watchers On The Wall" and season finale "The Children" will be remastered and screened in 150 IMAX theaters for one week from January 23-29, along with a full trailer for season five.

Seems odd somehow, I don't think I'd go if they did it here.

crazy canuck

73%  I should have gone with my first impression on a few of them.

they did it for regular theaters with last season's finale.
