Meh. I do not think that is relevant. I am either wrong or I am correct. My age has nothing to do with it.

I think it is. You are further away from pop music and therefore think society is.

I agree that people consume music in a different fashion than they did in the past, but that doesn't mean pop is dead or anything near that.  I can't make any response to the notion that "it's position in society has changed" as that's a rather vague stance.

Latest episode of The Walking Dead was great! The series has really turned around since the last couple of seasons, I am looking forward to seeing more!

Yes, a big change in the series.  [spoiler] Now with Rick gone other people will become more prominent and the story will go in even more directions. The Rick Grimes story will continue though, with movies and other venues on AMC.

I don't know. When I came of age it was the late 80s, early 90s and kind of a weird time for music. The generations who looked down on that stuff were probably right.

None of that music really stays with me that much. Though I sort of miss the 'I touch myself' song.

Nuit blanche ? Tempus fugit, last time I really attended one, at least in a couple of neighborhoods was 10 years ago or so. Plus memories of the very first one (2002).

Never attended a Nuit Blanche.  Never wanted to anyway. 

I've had a lot of fun at Heavy Montreal this summer though.
