I don't know if any of you have seen this website before, but I think it's pretty damn cool. She's got other pictorials she's done, including the protests following the 2004 elections in the Ukraine. Worth checking out, I think.

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
I wish, I wish he'd go away...

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

I believe she put up new pics and stories as of 2007, which is different from those initially posted. I could be wrong, but still interesting to see, nonetheless.

For some reason, they remind me of Fallout 3...

(everything's radioactive, of course)

Man that's a blast from the past.

Reminds me of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
Women want me. Men want to be with me.

Actually reminds me of Call of Duty 4.
Yep! I must play that level again. The end fight was very tedious, though

I liked the level up until that last wave.  I could not get through it on Veteran, so I basically hid in the ticket booth until the rescue chopper arrived :D

I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

Very old but very cool nonetheless.

I was unfamiliar with this being controversial. But...why does it matter if she was on a bike or a bus tour? - both in the sense of her lying to begin with and people poking holes.

Damn I'm looking forward to my new computer in a month and a half. Two new Stalker games!

That was kind of my opinion, too, Tyr. Though, she wasn't on a bus tour, apparently, but rather drove through several times with her husband and a friend. She has since ridden her motorcycle through, as well, but not until after the controversy.

BTW, I disagree with calling this a hoax. She did take the pics, she did go through the area, and the area really does look like that. A hoax is, to me, something that didn't happen at all, but that is told as though it did. This is more an exaggeration of facts in order to make a better story. Not the same at all.
