tagesschau.de has a story that with all the mobile internet devices the IP addresses are running out, meaning that the ICANN will disable all root servers to implement an update from IPv4 to IPv6 which allows longer IP codes.

Many tv stations still have it on for various reasons. I often use it in the morning to check the weather forecast so that I don't have to turn on my computer or wait for the one on the radio.
