I dunno about the Camarillo office, but alot of our office 'manage' live-in healthcare services provided by family members of the patient.  That's right: if you move granny into your house and take care of her, California will pay you as a Medicaid worker.  We 'manage' this by acting as the paymaster (and tacking on a 70% margin ).  Jaron's tax dollars at work.
