Different airports have different standards.  One of the worst I've seen is an airport in Mainland China.  Usually, when we go through the metal detectors and if the alarm sounds, security staff will use a smaller detector to search us manually.  That's fine with me.  The problem with that particular airport is that the security staff insisted us to pass the big detector.  If the alarm sounds, they made us take off a piece of clothing, and go through it again.  It quickly became strip poker.  They probably hoped that the bras caused the alarm  :mad:
