Apparently some Norwegian kid thought this would be a hilarious joke, and they're now looking for him in order to get some prosecuting action going.

I'm willing to bet some gamer nerd is responsible.

Poor use of a photoshop isn't a crime in this country.  Maybe it is in Norway.
