You need to do strengthening exercises, not just aerobic exercise. Try squats, lunges and step-ups with knee lifts on a bench.

My runs are so long know I've come to dread them as they bore me rigid and ruin my entire weekend. Half Marathon in two weeks then the full Monty in seven :o

My fundraising playlist is coming along nicely though :)

I need to do some research on what those words mean and how to do them properly.

I have been walking some with no schedule at all, I had to run a 2 mile indian run this weekend and my legs are still screaming at me to get back into a running schedule so I won't be this damn soire. I guess today is as good as any to start back up.

I did 10 km in under 45 minutes. I'm satisfied.
