First Maxim - "There are only two amounts, too few and enough."
First Corollary - "You cannot have too many soldiers, only too few supplies."
Second Maxim - "Be willing to exchange a bad idea for a good one."
Second Corollary - "You can only be wrong or agree with me."

A terrorist which starts a slaughter quoting Locke, Burke and Mill has completely missed the point.
The fact remains that the only person or group to applaud the Norway massacre are random Islamists.

Agreed.  Africa needs to blob up a little.  Why the holes in South Africa, why the balkanization on the west coast?

Well, South Africa's holes are a holdover from the Apartheid-era Homelands policy.
No they're not.  They were separate Crown Colonies as opposed to part of the Dominion of South Africa :)
Let's bomb Russia!

You are right, of course. In defense of my answer, the native enclaves would have looked the same. I knew about their british protectorate status, so there is little excuse here.

(Maybe it was wishful thinking that the homelands policy still had relevence?)

It can't be helped...We'll have to use 'that'

The Bantustans were usually not contiguous.

I got bored with that site after playing all the good quizzes.
Then I discovered the User Created quizzes. Oh boy...
Three lovely Prada points for HoI2 help

Same.  The only difficulty was trying to spell Massachusetts.

Actually, I had to remember Connecticut as I'd learned it wrong as a child (always forgot the 2nd c). Mass was easy as I lived there. :P

Hardest part for me was reading the instructions. I'd anticipated it would show me a state and then ask me to spell. So when it started I was like "Why isn't any state highlighted?!!!11"
All those Indian, er, Native American, place names. First we pushed them out, but then adpoted so many of their words. Go figure.

I find Mississippi odd to spell... usually have to look as I leave out the second "iss".
