Not the kind of electronic music specificially requested, but while we're on the subject, I think this is some good stuff:

Röyksopp:

The Knife:

Justice:

And I'll also take this as an excuse to link this great dancing to Detroit proto-techno, from 1982:

5 Bowie albums seems a bit overkill.

No such thing as too much Bowie.

(Except those Tin Machine albums.)
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

If you like OMD, then also try Howard Jones and Thompson Twins.

Dont think any of them used actual musicians.

OK, good so I'm not alone.

Some of those I've given time to in the past.
Bowie- I've got Heroes and don't like it too much, I far prefer his early stuff. Haven't heard the other two though.
Can, Neu- Meh. Somewhat OKish but too...proggy. Not too electronic. Not even too punky.

Others will be checked

There's also not to forget Deutsch-Amerikanische Freundschaft, D.A.F.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

Kind of a blend between rock and electronic, but I'm fond of KMFDM.
