I don't understand, Shame. In the pharma industry, the FDA already has to approve all materials, be it marketing or package labelling (which includes artwork). I don't really see how it is a far leap to let them control marketing for a product that harms individuals, if they are allowed to do so for products that purportedly benefit people.
