Having Don't Ask Don't Tell repealed for the National Guard?

I thought the priority was gay marriage/civil unions and that's a state issue.  I think that even in terms of gay rights DADT and DOMA are pretty low priorities.  Activism's the way forward to make a case in the public sphere but I think it should be aimed at the states.

bah. well the people really being dis-served by the firing of all the Arab linguists etc is the military itself. Of course I guess communicating with any sort of tact is not high on the priority list right now. (or ever)
