I'm not sure if this English word* travels well, but I feel it's rather fitting:

donald trump is without doubt the biggest Wanker* on the planet.
"We have it in our power to begin the world over again"

I think British film industry and the TV series "The Inbetweeners" made "wanker" fairly understandable for most of us.

I'd like to add bell-end to the mix.

They're known here, by native speakers at least, but people would look at you weird if you used them in casual conversation. 
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".

It is always a bit of a weird cringe moment when you hear foreigners trying too hard with such words. Even delivered with perfectly fine pronunciation at a time which text book works...it often sounds off.
