Seems like there's lots of organisational chaos going on this tournament - especially getting in and out of stadiums and travelling from games. I saw Miguel Delaney note this has been a real feature of Ceferin's reign at UEFA, including in club competitions, and they've apparently lost a lot of key staff to FIFA.

Hopefully it isn't/won't be an issue when I'm in Berlin (not for the Euros) as it's a big city with lots of public transport options....

I don't think there been many stoppage time goals, but the extra time hasn't been as dumb as it was in the World Cup where they might as well have changed the game from halves to three periods.
