Since Kazakhstan and Belarus currencies are being hit hard, I wonder if we'll soon hear talks of monetary union.  And I wonder in such case, how it would affect the Russian ruble...

Scrolling down the replies one caught my eye - it apparently says suggest rather than mandate. The theory is its a recruitment scam.

It looks suspicious, like the "1" is written over by a "2" for 2022.  It is also partly written by hand, why not a fully computer generated letter?
