Devin Nunes Sues His Mom, Twitter

Disclosure: The title is fake news.  Devin Nunes isn't really suing his Mom, although he has a real beef with DevinNunesMom.  He is really suing Twitter and someone with that twitter handle for $250 million, because among other things:

Beginning in February 2018 and continuing through the present, Mair, Devin Nunes' Mom and Devin Nunes' cow, acting as individuals, combined, associated, agreed or acted in concert with each other and/or with one or more "clients" or other donors, non-profits, operatives or agents of the Democratic Party (whose identity is unknown at this time) for the express purposes of injuring Nunes, intentionally and unlawfully interfering with his business and employment as a United States Congressman, and defaming Nunes.

Yes that's right - there is Vast Left Wing Conspiracy uniting unknown Democratic Party "operatives" along with "Devin Nunes' cow" and others to attack and defame Devin Nunes.

It is definitely worth a read, as it is one the most unintentionally comical legal documents ever filed by someone who is not a mentally ill pro se plaintiff.   You can tell from the beginning it's going to be real good because the lawyer has 3 footnotes on the first page of the complaint, including a paragraph long definition of the word "develop"

Now one tricky thing about defamation complaints is pleading them without compounding the very harm complained of - i.e. publicizing embarassing comments about oneself.  But Devin Nunes' lawyer cut that knotty problem by going all out on the mockery of his own client:  (the following is an excerpted sample)

Devin Nunes' Mom stated that Nunes had turned out worse than Jacob Wohl; 13  falsely accused Nunes of being a racist, having "white supremist friends"  and distributing "disturbing inflammatory racial propaganda"; falsely accused Nunes of putting up a "Fake News MAGA" sign outside a Texas Holocaust museum; falsely stated that Nunes would probably join the "Proud Boys", 14  "if it weren't for that unfortunate 'no  masturbating' rule"; . . . repeatedly accused Nunes of  the crime of treason, compared him to Benedict Arnold, and called him a "traitor",  "treasonous shitbag",   "treasonous Putin shill", working for the "Kremlin"; falsely stated  that Nunes was "100% bought and sold . . . stated "I don't know about Baby Hitler, but would sure-as-shit bort baby Devin"; falsely stated that "Alpha Omega wines taste like treason"; falsely stated that "@DevinNunes wanted me to tell everyone that he'll be releasing a pic soon to get ahead of that AMI thing, and that it only looks that way because of all the blow"; falsely suggested that Nunes might be willing to give the President a "blowjob"; . . . falsely stated that "@Devin Nunes is DEFINITELY a feckless cunt"; falsely stated that "f you vote for @Devin Nunes the terrorists win"; falsely stated "please don't call @DevinNunes compromised. He's not at all. He's a complete and total fucking traitor" . . .

Nunes' complaint follows this litany by posting a picture where he is shown licking Trump's rear who in turn in licking Putin's

Both Twitter and Liz Mair - a GOP strategist accused of being the mastermind behind Devin Nunes' disloyal farm animals - have been dismissed from the lawsuit with prejudice.

However, the case still continues against Defendants "Devin Nunes' cow," @DevinCow, and "Devin Nunes' Alt-Mom."
