Nintendo already hit $80 for flagship first party title games.  There is no way GTA is released under $79.99.  BOA has nothing to do with it.  The real question is whether they go to $99.

Which still seems silly, considering that the revenue from GTA5's Online service dwarfed the revenue from selling the game.

From what I can tell, it's about 50-50.  5 billion each from game sales and GTAVO
GTAV sold over 225 units.  A $5 swing in average sales price is over $1 billion incremental revenue.
