Ok so this is the stuff I hate:

I am busy unpacking the trunk of the car, on my right on the road this lady in her 30s comes running (as in jogging). I can hear her laboured mouthbreathing from like 2 meters away. But she just wouldn't use the entirely empty open road and side-step, no, she has to run almost scraping against the side of my car and run past like 30cm of me (thanks for me stepping aside) while she loudly labours to get enough air in and out of her lungs via her mouth.

I can understand what you feel, but also accept what Larch implies about the risk invovled, but her real failure is showing a lack of 'respect' for others during lockdown.
So in most of her other social encounters she's very unlikely to give any consideration to others and the social distancing requirements.

I would also add that runners are the worst :)

I am a very considerate runner.

We got caught napping with click and collect. My wife went online just now to shop expecting a largely free choice of Saturday pickup timeslots like the last several months. Nope, closest available is on Monday. Bloody hell.

I politely counter with cyclists.
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".
Hubris must be punished. Severely.

Is this an inner city gripe I am too suburban to understand?  :P

They give cars going 30 mph a wide berth.

So my wife's friend wanted to go get a Covid test.  She bugged Mrs B to go with her.  So even though Alberta is not doing asymptomatic testing right now she lied and got a test.

You know where this is going... Positive.  Still feeling no symptoms, but is kind of freaking out.

And the rest of us are going for tests tomorrow, and are ordered to isolate for 14 days.
