Intel 13th and 14th Gen CPUs seems to have a major defect that is likely not fixable by software.  First, there was a problem with the power limit of some motherboard being too high so they could compete with AMD, but even with that corrected, the problem persists: the CPU will degrade over time.

This is bad.
