If you mean what I think you mean...there are some channels that do the "exaggerated expression face" thing on their thumbnail that are decent.  From what I understand, that is just one of the trending methods to try and game the algorithm. 

The all-caps on shorts is usually just fodder for wildly out of context or AI-faked low-hanging trash.

which is an improvement over saying that Trump isn't doing anything bad, ever.
But I doubt he'll manage to move beyond that level of indicating Trump is bad.
