The reaction to Trump's tariffs being struck down by a federal court is telling.  Nobody is thinking we can go back to business as usual.  As pointed out on numerous occasions over the last few weeks of the damage to the Americans is lasting, and it will take a very long time for them to build up a sort of trust that will be necessary to engage with the other world economies in the same way again, if ever.

The TACO strategy is not a Trump strategy, it is an investment strategy that takes advantage of Trump's alternating cycles of reckless stupidity and abject cowardice.  Buy when the market drops because he does something stupid, and then sell when he eventually chickens out and abandons the stupid policy.
