that's Diesel, a clothing store.

Was that photoshopped?  It looks to me like the wig "plants" and the planters they're in was photoshopped in.

Not photoshopped. Saw them myself the other day. It's a weird kind of grass by my guess.

How are the 2 planters in the middle sitting tilted like that?  That's what made me think it was photoshop--they look like they're just sort of floating.

There's screws to adjust them (see the one in front). I'm guessing the others have the screws removed/not adjusted which is why they tilt like that on the glass panel.

Oh, I see now--the glass only goes halfway up, and they're mounted on the top edge.  I thought they were sitting on the ground in front of the glass.
