My weight is the most it has ever been. I've shot up since Latin America and sugar with everything and fried food that somehow tastes bad.
Not that I can blame that completely.
Fingers crossed the full night's of sleep will be coming soon and time to exercise again.

Moving up to 35 pound bicep curls this year. Whew. I gain strength slowly. But it isn't really about making big gym gains, just trying to stay healthy.

earlier in the year I badly sprained my ankle then in the Spring I hurt my back.  Hoping to get back to exercise beyond walking soon.

Got back to half marathon distance. 21k. Took me about 2:10, so I'm slowing down. That's ok.

Yesterday did some stonework. Just a small path in front of some front steps. Turned into 4 hour job with cleanup. Felt good. Today back is fine, but my legs feel like they ran 21k!

Yeah I also find some form of manual labour overly taxing, nowadays.  :hmm:
