Good on Amnesty. If only more would recognise that both sides are dicks in the Israel/Palestine situation.
Unfortunately, if it really is true that AI got it right, its utter lack of credibility makes one conclude that it was an accident.

AI reports are tailored to please their donors.  Equating Israel with Hamas = $$

First Maxim - "There are only two amounts, too few and enough."
First Corollary - "You cannot have too many soldiers, only too few supplies."
Second Maxim - "Be willing to exchange a bad idea for a good one."
Second Corollary - "You can only be wrong or agree with me."

A terrorist which starts a slaughter quoting Locke, Burke and Mill has completely missed the point.
The fact remains that the only person or group to applaud the Norway massacre are random Islamists.

I think the "utter lack of credibility" of AI is a minority view.

So is not being irrationally anti-Israel.

And I think that your view is a minority view, so we both have stated an opinion the other thinks is a minority view.

I am trying hard to think of a country that has changed its practices based on AI directives, and come up blank.

Gaza and the Palestinian territories need to be occupied, the Israeli settlers must be expelled and the Palestinian terrorist networks disarmed and destroyed.
That is a suggestion I can support

Actually, Amnesty International reports are roundly ignored by absolutely everyone of importance in the US.  Nobody cares what a bunch of retards who hate Western civilization have to say about anything, at least not if those retards are foreigners.  Americans don't react well towards outsiders trying to preach nonsense at them.

Yet the Guantanamo prison is in the process of closing shop.

Thanks to an entirely domestic process, informed entirely by domestic debate.

Oh that was your example?  I was hoping you had something better than that.

True, and yet the sun also rises.

Neither has anything to do with AI.
