Does anyone here run a blog? If so what platform do you use? Do you have a custom URL? Do you have a particular topic or is it more general? How did you chose a design theme? Willing to share?

I keep meaning to start a blog; I swear I've been to start an account on Tumblr twice only to discover I already set one up...

Nope, but I run a journal/diary. Day One for iOS/Mac OS is great for that.

And yes I also hate people who post off topic in threads like this.  :P

No, but I have been tempted to start one several times. I even have a couple of aborted blogs (without a single post in them).

To be honest I would just talk about movies, and there's like 2342345345 movie blogs out there. And I wouldn't write as much as Ide does.  :P

I've set up a few sites, and the standard seems to be WordPress. That's a good place to start in any case.

Occasionally, I think it might be a good idea then I ask myself two questions:  What would I write about, and who would read it.  Then I stop thinking about it.
