By the way, are you saying that Eastern Europeans are not white or that their racism is not about white supremacy? 

Nope, I'm saying neither.

Whether East Europeans are White is a matter of perspective. Like all notions of race, the identity is ultimately constructed so the classification of a given individual or group of people varies over time and place.

As for whether the racism of East Europeans is about White supremacy, I don't see why it couldn't be.
