I'm with mono.
When the on button on my case broke I spent a year turning my computer on by jumping the mother board. It worked just fine. I don't need no fancy pants case.

After about two months of that, I would have gotten fed up and wired a replacement switch from RadioShack to the headers.

I tried that, it didn't work...I later realised I had connected it to the wrong jumpers


But its not like I was doing it every day. I usually just leave my computer on hibernate.
