Murdoch really owns such a variety of news outlets that not all are necessarily bad. But he does hold some sway over UK elections still. If The Sun says Cameron, it's Cameron.

I get what you're saying now.

But the credible right wing choice would have been the WSJ.  Also Murdoch owned incidentally.

WSJ may not be openly trashy like NY Post, but its editorial page is pure nuttiness.
