Just spent half an hour on the phone with my uncle explaining to him how to attach a photo to yahoo mail.

that's two weeks off my time in purgatory.  :)

According to the internet, Loradatine (the generic name for Claritin) is perfectly legal in Japan with a doctor's prescription; and Claritin is marketed by local pharmaceutical company Shionogi.

So yeah, go to a doctor and get a prescription if it's that bad.
