Some people are freaking out (or are just using it as an excuse to not get any work done).  To me it's just another day.

The English part was in OK English, though I didn't quite say what I had planned. It was the Japanese where due to the incredibly small podium and nerves I read it wrong.

That happened to me at my last company.  Our new Canadian masters pretty much didn't change anything.
