It's 75 US degrees, with no breeze at midnight. The air's stagnant and I'm dying here.

Yeah for us Brits this is unbearable. 

I've just set up an artificial breeze by opening the roof hatch and that seems to be helping, though it might simply be letting the really warm air up there flow into the rest of the house.

My AC is set to 78 but the thermostat is upstairs and my bedroom is downstairs.  I always use blankets.
